Alysha Brilla is a certified RYT Yoga Instructor who has studied yoga & meditation in Rishikesh, India and across North America. She has been practicing yoga for seven years and teaching for three. With a special interest in yoga as a therapy for anxiety, depression and auto-immune disease, Alysha incorporates traditional breathing techniques to induce a sense of calm and wellbeing into her students.
